From Appointment to Results: Step by Step Guide to Non-Surgical Nose Job Treatment Procedure

Nose shaping isn’t any longer too painful. Dermal fillers for nose job make this procedure simpler so one doesn’t have to go ‘under the knife’.
Before going for a non-surgical nose job, you’ll have to determine whether you are a right candidate for it. If you aren’t satisfied with the shape of your nose and do not have allergies from any of the ingredients present in the filler, you’re good to go. However, you should discuss each and every point of your medical history and complications during your consultation with the doctor just to make sure the process goes fine.

Step 1 – Appointment: It begins from the appointment which you set after consultation with your cosmetic surgeon. Expect the process to last for 15 minutes. That’s as easy as taking some time out of your lunch hour from office, isn’t it? When you take your seat that means you’re all set.

Step 2 – Local Anaesthetic: 30-45 minutes prior to the procedure, the doctor will use local anaesthetic. There is no need for general anaesthesia for non-surgical nose reshaping. Local topical anaesthetic is instead used to make the procedure go smoothly.

Step 3 – Treatment: The doctor will inject a dermal filler injection which contains registered product fillers such as Radiesse (Calcium hydroxyapatite) or Restylane (Hyaluronic acid) to precise locations on the nose in order to contours and in due course, gives the right shape to the nose. The doctor will decide which dermal filler type suits you the best. It does look painful but it isn’t since the anaesthesia does its job. But one thing’s for sure, non-surgical nose jobs enables you to have it done with needs than knife.

Step 4 – Results: During the procedure you will still be awake. You can ask for a mirror to have a look at the ongoing changes to your nose. The results appear on the spot which can last for around one year. There’s no downtime after treatment as well.
